Paperless payments has provided our church with a system for direct online giving that is user friendly and flexible. People can choose to make one-time gifts or set up a recurring schedule of automatic contributions. The contribution reports are easy to access and immediately available. This service was frequently requested by members of our congregation. We are happy that Paperless Payments could fill this need so painlessly and inexpensively for us. We recommend it!

How it works
Initial Setup
- To use Paperless Payments you simply add HTML code to your website. This code is provided by Paperless Payments and can be added to your website for you if needed.
- Paperless Payments will set up the initial business settings such as users, dollar limits and the establishment of accounts.
Making Payments
- Customers visiting your website are directed to a custom designed Paperless Payments website that has the same look and feel as your website.
- After establishing a Paperless Payments account, customers log into Paperless Payments. They then select the "make payment" option, choose the bill they want to pay and fill out the electronic check just as they would a paper check.
- The payment is routed through the Automated Clearing House (ACH) network of financial institutions and processed by Wells Fargo.
- Within two business days, the payment is processed and the money is deposited directly into the businesses account of choice.
Company Use
- Companies using Paperless Payments log into their account at anytime, from anywhere.
- They then have easy access to reports and company account information and history. They can also send invoices to customers, pay bills from venders and establish recurring invoices or payments.
