Paperless payments has provided our church with a system for direct online giving that is user friendly and flexible. People can choose to make one-time gifts or set up a recurring schedule of automatic contributions. The contribution reports are easy to access and immediately available. This service was frequently requested by members of our congregation. We are happy that Paperless Payments could fill this need so painlessly and inexpensively for us. We recommend it!

Frequently Asked Questions

Paperless Payments (PP) with integration to PowerChurch Frequently Asked Questions

How does PP benefit my church?
By allowing members another method of giving via online contributions along with the power of recurring contributions your church will be able to increase overall giving. The common phrase “I forgot to bring my check” or “I have been traveling a lot lately” impacts your budget. By giving the option for a member to go online to give for their home while they pay their other bills or by giving them a tool to setup recurring contributions to help them become a faithful giver, your church will be able to recognize the benefit in the budget and in the heart of the faithful giver.

Does PP have an online store for my members to purchase merchandise or event tickets?
Not at this time. PP is currently setup for online giving to specific Contribution Funds. If your church would like to create a Contribution Fund specifically for each piece of merchandise or event ticket then members could make a payment to that fund. You would then have to generate a report in PowerChurch to view those purchases. So it can be done but PP is not set up for typical online shopping.
